Registration will be CONFIRMED only using on-line registration
process. In other methods, registration cannot be CONFIRMED
until payment of the registration fee has been received. Online
transactions will be invoiced in Sterling Pounds (GBP). Check
current exchange rate.
Cancellations
No cancellation fees will be charged if a notice of cancellation
is received no later than 30 days before the event (September
12th). In case such a notice is received less than 30 days
(October 9th) before but no later than 14 days (September
28th) before the beginning of the event, a service fee of
100 € will be charged. For any subsequent cancellation
(any cancellation received after September 28tth the total
event fee is non-refundable. A substitute participant may
be made at any time.
